How do I exchange an item?

Merchandise in its original, undamaged and unused perfect condition, with tags, may be exchanged for the same product but different size "only", within 14 days of the shipping date. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. 

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, a size adjustment will be issued and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Please allow 5 business days for your exchange to be processed after it has been returned back to us. 

As all of our products are made to order for each customer individually, we unfortunately DO NOT do any returns or refunds.

If an item was to go on-sale at a later date, we DO NOT do price adjustments. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number. Each garment is made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks (depending on the garment) to ship after purchase as its being made before shipping. 

 

Will we be providing tracking numbers?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

 

Are duties and taxes included?

The prices listed on individual product pages are calculated based on the location you are shopping from. For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes — these depend on which province the order is being shipped to.

 

Do you ship international?

We ship to over 40 countries with duties and taxes included. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). 

If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

 

What happens if my item is lost in shipping?

Please contact the courier service you have chosen as we are not responsible for items en route their destination.
